Faking 8 Hours of Sleep on a Budget!

If you get 8 hours of sleep every night, pat yourself on the back. But for the rest of us who have jobs, school, families, etc. we could all use a little help looking rested. I've tried a few eye brighteners and while some work, others disappoint. While nothing can compare to YSL Touche Eclat, right now my budget simply isn't allowing for it. So I walked into Walgreen's the other day searching for some miricle in a tube. I came across a relatively new Neutrogena product. It's their Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector. It was only like $12 so I figured why not? The verdict? I love the consistency of it. I have dry skin and the formula was really creamy so that was a +, it has SPF 25 so it gets another +, and it did make me look a little more awake.
It doesn't offer much, if any, coverage so I would recommend using it over your regular concealer. Would I buy it again? Yes but only because I can't go buy the good stuff right now. I guess I'm hard to please. :)
Anyway that's all I have today. It's the start of Lent so I'll let ya'll know all about what I'm giving up for the next 40 days in tomorrow's post. You will probably get a good laugh out of it :)

I'm using shade Light 10. Over my normal concealer it looks pretty good but I'll probably have to get the medium when I start getting a tan! You should definitely try it!
