I always love posts that show what people have in their handbags! So I decided to show ya'll what's in mine! It's really not that interesting, but I figured there were a few out there like me who are nosy about these things :)
The bag: Louis Vuitton Speedy 35. My Dad and Step-mom gave me this bag for Christmas last year. It's the most amazing bag ever. It goes with everything, holds everything, and just gets better with age.
1. Sunglasses- Dolce and Gabbana. I never go anywhere without them!
2. Red Coach Poppy wristlet- I use this to keep my camera in.
3. My UCA alumni pin that they gave me at graduation. I just threw it in my bag after the ceremony.
4. Hobo wallet- this thing holds EVERYTHING! I can store my entire life in this.
5. pen, gum, nail file, lotion- because every girl needs these things in her bag.
Not pictured- my phone and keys! When I'm at home my keys are on a table in my room and my phone is always in my hand!
I keep all of my cosmetic items in my Louis Vuitton cosmetic case. (another gifts from the parents)
1. Kleenex- because no one looks attractive with a runny nose
2. Tide to go pen- I get something on my shirt EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This saves me from looking like a total slob.
3. sample size Lancome Tresor in Love perfume. I like to smell good throughout the day. You never know who you might run in to!
4. Colgate Wisps- I have an obsession with brushing my teeth. I just feel gross if I can't brush after I eat, so these things are a lifesaver!
5. comb, ponytail holder, and bobby pins- just in case!
6. Lip gloss, eye drops, a mini pressed powder, and eye brightening concealer- for when I need to freshen up a bit after a long day.
And there you have it! That's whats in my bag! So, what's in your bag ladies?

Christian Lou's
Some of you asked to see pics of the Louboutins Gabe bought me for graduation. I finally have some for you:
I chose the Rolando Zip for my graduation shoes. I'm so happy with them! And they looked fabulous crossing the stage to get that diploma. :)

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree!
I was totally going to post pics of my tree a few weeks ago and of course got busy and forgot. No problem, because now that I have absolutely nothing to do I can catch up on my blog posts! We had an issue with our tree this year and ended up having to buy a new one the day after Thanksgiving. I love big, huge trees. But we live in an apartment right now so we had to go with a skinnier tree. No big deal though. We have made the best of it :)
I'm so proud of myself for having the Christmas shopping done and wrapped weeks ago!
And that's all of my Christmas decor! I'm so ready to have a house so I can REALLY decorate for the holidays. I can't wait to have multiple Christmas trees that are way over the top. Haha.

My younger (future) sis-in-law gave me this snowman cookie jar with some amazing cookies a few weeks ago. I think it's so cute!
I found this tray at Hobby Lobby last month. I thought it would be good to hold Christmas and Graduation cards. I'm also loving these reindeer napkins!

It's Official!
I'm a college graduate! I had such a great time yesterday celebrating with my family. Unfortunately my night was cut short by a fever and small migraine. I was in bed by 7 last night. Anyway, today has been all about relaxing and catching up on my life. I'm hoping to get all of my grad pics from my parents this week so I can post them.
Anyway, I have a product recommendation for ya'll at the request of my fiance. Haha.
Giovanni Hot Chocolate Sugar Scrub:
The companies description- "Body polisher gently warms and sloughs dead skin cells. With a pleasing cocoa scent, Hot Chocolate Sugar Scrub by Giovanni features PureOrganic Technology blend, an advanced essential oil complex that soothes and regenerate skin. Incorporates essential fatty acids to help repair and heal skin."
I love this body scrub and so does Gabe apparently. It smells so delicious and it's extra "scrubby". (meaning it does it's job very well) It's thick and has the perfect texture. It also warms on contact with your skin. It doesn't leave a weird oily films like a lot of scrubs so that's a plus for me. I purchased my 9 oz jar at Target for about $14.00. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a great scrub to take care of their flakey winter skin.
Anyway, hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm on Christmas break until... I guess whenever I find a job! (insert nervous laugh here) Have a good Sunday night!

I Need Your Opinions Please!!
Sorry for my lack of blogging. I've had a hard time getting back into the swing of things since Thanksgiving break. I've also been spending a lot of my free time getting my tree decorated and doing some Christmas shopping.
Anyway, I need ya'lls help! I graduate in 17 days and for one of my graduation gifts, my step-mom and dad are buying me a suit. So where should I begin looking for one? My professional wardrobe consists of two pairs of dress pants, a pencil skirt, and a few wrap dresses. So I'm really needing to add to it. I need you guys to tell me where to shop! Who knows if I will ever have a job that requires me to wear a suit at any point, but I think it's a good thing to have :)
Hope everyone is having a good week. I promise I will try to find some creativity to do some semi-interesting posts soon. I just have a ton going on at the moment.

Thankful
This year, I'm thankful for: (in no particular order)
1. My wonderful, supportive fiance
2. My awesome family
3. Our apartment- whenever I start to complain about the lack of space, I remember that there are so many people in this world and even in our country who would love to have a warm, cozy place to call home.
4. Food in my kitchen.
5. My college education
6. Gabe's job- in this economy I'm so thankful that he was able to find such an awesome job right out of college.
7. My job- it's only part time, but I'm loving the experience that I'm gaining from it. Whether or not I decide to go in to teaching, I love that I am getting some class time and working with children.
8. The weekend trips that Gabe and I take. Memphis, Dallas, Branson, Vegas... it's always so nice to get away for a few days and I'm so thankful that we are blessed with the means to do so.
9. My health
10. My grandparents- I am so lucky to have the best grandparents in the world. My Nonnie, Poppy, and Memo are all truly a blessing in my life and I am so thankful that I have been lucky enough to get to know them. So many don't ever really get to know their grandparents and miss out on that experience.
I hope everyone has an amazing Thanksgiving. Be safe if you're traveling!

Vegas!
We had so much fun this weekend! Gabe's parents recently bought a condo out there so this was our first time staying there. Gabe met me at the airport Friday evening and we went to the condo so I could freshen up before our 9:00 reservation at The Palms for dinner. Some of our friends were out there too, so they came out with us.
We totally met Carrot Top that night and took a picture with him. The picture didn't turn out, so now we have no proof :(
Saturday the weather was gross. It rained and we had some crazy wind. We started off the day with champagne brunch at the Aria in the City Center.
Saturday night we actually stayed in at the condo and watched the Razorback game and ate pizza. Woo Pig Sooie!! We played Miss. State and the game went into overtime. We pulled off the win, but it was so nerve wracking! Next week is the big one, LSU! I can't wait!
Anyway, back to Vegas, Sunday morning we had brunch reservations at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris.
I loved the whole Paris casino and resort! I have to recommend the $5 mimosas while you shop!
After that, we went to Cesar's Palace to shop and hit the casino!
Sunday night, Gabe's uncle came in town on business and took us out to eat off the strip. We went to this amazing restaurant and I can't for the life of me remember the name!!! It was so good though and we had a good time visiting with him.
Monday, we were up bright and early to pack and clean up the condo before we left.
We had some flight delays and getting back to Little Rock was absolutely hellish. I was so happy to get home last night! Anyway, we had a great time and are so lucky to be able to use the in-laws condo whenever we want. We're already planning a couple of trips back in the coming months!
Now it's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving! Tomorrow night we're at Gabe's parents house for dinner and Thursday we're with my family. I can't wait for all the food!
Hope everyone is having a good week!
