Life Lately...

Hey ya'll!! Sorry once again for my lack of blogging. I have been having a hard time getting it together lately. Anyway here's a little update on life!

  • We went to the Hogs game last Saturday (Sept. 10th.) in Little Rock. We were up bright and early to set up our tailgate. So much fun!
With my handsome hubby

My cousin Meagan

Have I mentioned the fact that I have been slowly going shorter with my hair since the wedding?

As a tribute to 9/11, the fans in the even sections were asked to wear red, fans in the odd- white, and the student section wore blue.

The Hogs beat New Mexico 53-3. Such a great day!

  • As I mentioned above, I have been slowly cutting my hair shorter and shorter since the wedding. I know it's the cliche thing to do after getting married, but I couldn't stand that long hair anymore. I'm really happy at the length it's at now and it looks much healthier!
  • My sister is a Homecoming Sweetheart this year!! I'm so excited for her. The dress that she will be wearing is beautiful!! I can't wait to post pictures!!
  • I scored a few Missoni items from Target this week. I was shocked at how fast the items went here in central Arkansas!
  • I am thrilled that this woman is back on TV!

Ya'll know how much I LOVE Rachel Zoe!!

  • I have been downing Pumpkin Spice Lattes like crazy!! I really don't want to add up how much I've spent at Starbucks the past few weeks!
Hope you are all having a great Saturday! We are going to our friend's house tonight to eat and watch the Razorbacks take on Troy. Should be a great night!!

Have a great weekend ya'll!

Cheap Thrills- Fall Under $100

Um, sorry for my recent absence. Things have been hectic around here lately and sadly blogging had to take a backseat. I also want to apologize for not responding to emails lately. I didn't check my email tied to blogger for over a week and I feel absolutely terrible for not getting back to ya'll in a timely manner.
Moving on, I found a few Fall pretties for ya'll. The best part is they each cost under $100. Enjoy!

Weekend Re-cap

Hello lovelies! I hope you all had a good weekend! I know we did!

Friday night, my Hubby cooked dinner for us and we settled in to watch two movies.

This was an absolutely terrible movie. There is a reason I rarely let Gabe go to Redbox unattended. Ugh!

This movie was great! I highly recommend it!

Saturday, Gabe and I headed to my hometown to celebrate my Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time visiting will all of my family and I even tried on my Nonnie's wedding dress!

Me with one of the most amazing women I know
I barely fit in to it! She was absolutely tiny (and still is!) when she got married 50 years ago.

Sunday, we had breakfast at Panera (yum!) and then steam cleaned our carpets. While we were waiting for the carpets to dry we decided to take a day trip to Petite Jean. We packed a picnic and hit the road!

On the way there we stopped at the Museum of Automobiles. Gabe is a car fanatic so he was so excited!

I loved this little Corvette!

Hubby loved the Ford Model T

President Kennedy's personal car

Love this Mercedes!

After the Car Museum we headed to the top of Petite Jean for some pictures and our picnic

Next, we started a two mile trail into a canyon to see the waterfall.

We returned home exhausted and went to bed early. It was definitely a great weekend!

Game Day Pretties

Football season is upon us ladies! You know what that means right? What are we going to wear??!!

Yes, in the South what you are wearing to the game can sometimes be just as important as the game itself! Judith March is definitely where it's at for Southern game day apparel. Here are a few of my picks and maybe a recent purchase or two!

I love the neckline of this one. There's a good chance I already bought this...
I could definitely call the Hogs in this one!

Love the back of this!

Oh there are so many options!! Now just add fabulous shoes, a poof, and you're good to go!
